Meet Jonathon Stroud

With over 12 years of experience, I have a strong background in different forms of weight training and exercise. The majority of my Wellington city clientele consists of people of all ages and from all walks of life, whom many have become long standing clients/friends.
I have trained Oncologists, Bankers, Teachers, Corporate IT,
Bus Drivers, and Pole Dancers! I have also spent time Personal Training out of Police HQ.

I have had extensive training in the Martial Arts, including full time training/living at the Shaolin Temple, China. I strongly believe in training the mind as well as the whole body. With my background in weight training and martial arts, my philosophy on training combines both strict form and technique. A well rounded approach is required to achieve balance, both in our health and our lives. I have the experience and the tools to not only improve your quality of life, but to educate you with an enjoyable and maintainable approach which in return will ensure great results while still having a life!
